A pleasant stay. Positive: The place was clean. It had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. There were toys for the little ones too. Negative: The visitor parking was a bit secluded.

Curtains & windows all in working condition 3) Dining area + rumpus inviting, pleasing and comfortable. Lighting and furnishing in excellent condition 4) Kitchen All amenities in good working condition, utensils are clean and arranged in orderly fashion. 5) Washrooms In the toilet - all fixtures, taps & lighting working in good condition. No stains. No drips. Bath mat is available & spotless. No sign of stains or dust 6) Cleanliness General cleanliness of the whole apartment is at military grade. No complaints, no dust, no drips, no stains. No mat out of place, everything clean and well presented. 7) Detail The tastefully designed furnishings and decor . Childrens furniture, childrens play things and games for adults eg UNO, monopoly & puzzles. LED lights behind TV console. Table football games. All of which are well appreciated. Ashtray at the balcony is noted. Documentation on password for WiFi & tips on Taiping; exhibit care & concern for guests. Negative: Nothing

We LOVE IT so much Positive: Honestly, the most comfortable homestay Ive stayed thus far. The unit is really nice, the owner took care of it tremendously. Location is excellent, view is superb. Negative: None
